What happens in the assessment?
We usually travel in pairs. I bring a Systems Engineer (SE) along to examine the network while I discuss business goals and technology challenges with the business owner and/or IT decision makers.
What happens next?
After we leave, we discuss our findings—both the technical issues and the busines goals. Together we develop a plan to address your needs. We then schedule a time to get back together with you and discuss the plan. If you like what you see, we make further arrangements to execute the plan and implement the proposed solutions.
Am I required to buy anything?
No. You’re just required to talk. If during our conversation it becomes apparent to us that we have nothing to offer you, we’ll let you know. If at any point you don’t want to move forward, you are under no obligation to do so. Just let us know.
How can you afford to do this for free all the time?
We can’t. This is a limited time offer. We haven’t put a definite time limit on this offer, but we will continue to evaluate it. When we do end this special offer, the price will go back to $325.
Can you assess my home or home office network?
At this time we only service small to midsized businesses with at least 5 PCs. We do not service residential users, home offices or businesses with less than 5 PCs.
